Job Description: We are hiring an experienced Salesforce Technical Onsite Lead with strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . The ideal candidate should be capable of leading technical discussions, working directly with business stakeholders, and guiding offshore/onshore development teams while delivering scalable Salesforce solutions.



Primary Skills: Salesforce Sales Cloud Salesforce Service Cloud Apex Lightning Web Components (LWC) Visualforce SOQL SOSL Salesforce Flows Integrations REST APIs SOAP APIs



Secondary Skills: JavaScript HTML CSS Git Jenkins CI/CD Agile DevOps Salesforce DX Copado (Preferred)



Required Skills: 8+ years of Salesforce experience. Strong expertise in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud . Hands-on experience with Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, Flows, and SOQL. Experience with Salesforce integrations and APIs. Strong solution design and architecture knowledge. Experience leading onsite/offshore teams. Excellent communication and client interaction skills. Salesforce certifications are preferred.



Responsibilities: Lead technical design and solution implementation. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements. Guide development teams and conduct code reviews. Design scalable Salesforce solutions. Coordinate onsite and offshore teams. Ensure delivery quality and adherence to Salesforce best practices. Resolve technical challenges and support production issues.
