Key Responsibilities: Safely pick up and deliver customer vehicles to and from their homes Provide transportation assistance for customers when needed Park and retrieve vehicles on dealership property Maintain awareness of vehicle condition and report any damage immediately Communicate clearly with service advisors and customers on timing and status Deliver a high level of courtesy and care in all customer interactions Requirements: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Ability to safely operate a wide range of vehicles Strong reliability and punctuality Friendly, professional demeanor with a customer-first mindset Comfortable assisting customers with entry/exit from vehicles when needed Ability to stay active (walking, driving, standing) Schedule: Part-time, full time flexible hours based on dealership needs Why This Role Matters: You play a direct role in the customer experience.
