About the Role
The Company is in search of a President and Chief Executive Officer to lead its organization. The successful candidate will be a relationship-oriented, influential, and bold leader, with a strong focus on representing the membership and advocating for their individual needs and priorities. This role is pivotal in advancing a strategic vision that supports the current and future requirements for accessible, quality healthcare. The President will work closely with the Board of Trustees, member organizations, and staff to ensure the company's goals and objectives are in line with the needs of the community. The ideal candidate will be a highly visible, relationship-focused leader, engaging with hospital executives, policymakers, and partners across the state. They will be responsible for unifying diverse perspectives, elevating the company's voice, and extending its influence in the face of increasing policy and operational complexity. The role demands a leader who can adeptly navigate the challenges of the healthcare industry, including workforce shortages, financial pressures, and the demand for care. The President and CEO will lead a high-performing, dedicated team, and must foster a collaborative, member-focused culture.
