Roosters Men’s Grooming Center Roosters MGC offers a multitude of grooming services for today’s modern man. We are redefining the men’s grooming industry and providing an authentic barbershop experience in a safe, modern, upscale, and unpretentious environment. There are immediate openings for full-time (over 34 hours) Barbers and Stylists. We are looking for experienced, professional and motivated individuals who want to join a winning team! Benefits Great team environment Elegant stores Great locations with lots of traffic Video education training COVID-19 safety certification Paid vacation Supplemental insurance Very aggressive compensation and bonus plan Barber/Stylist Responsibilities Provide full grooming services, including hair cutting, shampooing, blow drying, coloring and styling, and delivering an unforgettable experience to all guests. Maintain cleanliness of salon and your station. Stay current on hair cutting and styling trends to recommend and suggest suitable styles. Ensure clients with scheduled appointments receive service in a timely manner. Engage in business development efforts. Hair Stylist/Barber Qualifications Current Maryland Barber/Cosmetologist license required. 2+ years of professional experience preferred. Willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including weekends. Excellent communication and customer service skills.
