Warehouse Associate (Shipping & Receiving)We are seeking Warehouse Associates to support a large technology deployment project. This role will be responsible for receiving, tracking, staging, and shipping customer equipment while ensuring inventory records remain accurate throughout the deployment process.The ideal candidate will have shipping and receiving experience, strong organizational skills, and experience working with inventory management systems.ResponsibilitiesReceive and inspect incoming equipment shipmentsAccurately log inventory and package information into SAPTrack equipment throughout the staging and deployment processPrepare and package configured equipment for shipment to customer locationsGenerate and manage shipping documentationMaintain organized inventory and warehouse work areasAssist with inventory counts and reconciliation activitiesCoordinate with Configuration Technicians to ensure equipment is processed and shipped on scheduleQualificationsPrevious warehouse, shipping, receiving, or inventory experienceBasic computer and data entry skillsAbility to accurately track and document inventory transactionsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to lift and move equipment as neededPreferred QualificationsExperience working in SAP or a similar ERP/inventory management systemExperience with shipping carriers and logistics processesFamiliarity with technology or electronics inventoryWhat We're Looking ForDependable individuals who can work independently and as part of a teamStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environmentCommitment to maintaining organized inventory and accurate records
