VP of Fabrication/Operations
Gibbons and Company
The VP of Fabrication is responsible for building the fabrication department from the ground up. This individual will work closely with the customer, understanding their needs to ensure expectations are met and needs are fulfilled. This leader is the driver of the fabrication department, leading with a growth mindset and driving the fabrication business. This position reports to the Chief Operations Officer and is located in Memphis, TN. REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS : 10+ years of experience in Fabrication strategic leader position. Strong emotional IQ and interpersonal skills. Ability to converse with others and build lasting relationships. Strong analytical capabilities including budgeting, data analysis, and strategic planning to gain ROI. Proven project management skills as it relates to the creation of different systems and structures. Exemplary leadership skills, ability to build and motivate a team. A collaborative approach to executive leadership, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams to meet goals #J-18808-Ljbffr Gibbons and Company
