And we’ll be proud to have you on the journey.Pharmaworks, a ProMach Company, is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead projects from concept through completion and work directly with the Director of Operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves improving and building new processes, and enjoys collaborating across engineering, manufacturing, and customer-facing teams.**What You'll Do?*** Develop and manage detailed project plans, including scheduling, resource allocation, and risk mitigation within Smartsheet.* Serve as the primary customer contact, providing regular updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring expectations are met or exceeded.* Coordinate across engineering, manufacturing, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth project execution.* Work with the Director of Operations and PM team to develop processes/tools to improve efficiencies within the PMO group.* Monitor quality and ensure deliverables meet both customer requirements and internal standards.* Track and report project performance, including costs, forecasts, and progress updates.* Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.* Lead project closeout activities, including final documentation, lessons learned, and customer feedback.* Manage Leadtime and Budgets for assigned projects to ensure successful execution.**What We're Looking For?*** Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.* 1 to 3 years of proven experience managing multiple complex capital equipment projects in a fast-paced environment.* Engineering to Order experience is a plus.* Hands-on experience with commissioning and troubleshooting industrial automation or packaging machinery.* Strong ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications, and financial data.* Proficiency with Smartsheet, ERP systems, Excel, and other project management tools.* Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills, with a drive for continuous improvement.* Strong communication skills to foster collaboration, accountability, and innovation.* Knowledge of packaging machinery regulatory standards (FDA, ISO, CE Mark) a plus.* Familiarity with Lean manufacturing a plus.* PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certifications are a plus.**What’s in it for you?**There's no monopoly on innovative ideas or limits to how far you can advance with our team.
