Obtain a Property & Casualty license (We will guide you!) Obtain a Life & Health license. (We will guide you!) Pass a state background check. Ability to work independently and in a team environment. Responsibilities Showing your clients how awesome you are by advising them on how to best protect their families using State Farm’s world-famous products and customer service. You will cold call, warm call, ask for referrals, network in the community, and build your brand within the agency. Meet & exceed sales goals and performance metrics.
