The team is comprised of some of the leading technical minds in personal care with over 50 years of combined experience in the industry.Your ResponsibilitiesAccurately weigh, measure, and mix raw materials following detailed production formulas and instructionsMonitor the compounding process to ensure product consistency, performing quality checks and making necessary adjustmentsUnderstanding of process flow charts and ability to recognize discrepancies and issuesSafely operate and maintain compounding equipment such as mixers, kettles, and pumps, performing routine maintenance as neededCleaning and sanitizing of equipment before and after manufacturingFollow all safety protocols and regulations, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE), and ensure compliance with GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) standards.Maintain accurate and timely records of batch production, including formulations, adjustments, and test results.Perform other related duties as assignedYour ProfileCompleted a high school diploma or associates degree2-3 years experience working in manufacturing environmentA willingness to learn new information quickly, with high attention to detailOutstanding communication skills - both verbal and writtenInterpersonal and leadership skillsManaging processesSupply management and inventory controlCollaborative, organized, self-starter, coachable, ability to give and receive constructive feedbackCompensation and BenefitsDepending on experience our pay range is between $45k-$55k.Annual bonus (up to 10% of salary)401 KAnnual raises based on performanceEarly FridaysCompany paid holiday between Christmas and New YearMedical and Dental coverageCompany paid Health Savings Account (HSA) of $2,600/year
