Key Responsibilities of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Deliver high-quality nursing care to PCU patients
• Utilize critical thinking skills to assess patient needs
• Monitor cardiac, insulin, and heparin drips
• Provide care for patients on bipaps and high-flow oxygen
• Perform procedures such as peritoneal dialysis, thoracentesis, and chest tube insertions

Requirements of the RN - PCU - Travel

• Valid RN license
• BLS and ACLS certifications
• Experience with EKG rhythm interpretation and cardiac care
• Proficiency with peripheral IVs and NG/dobhoff tubes
• Peritoneal dialysis experience preferred
