Perform initial assessment, treatment plans, individual and group counseling, coordinate with program support staff to identify and secure additional services and resources based on client needs.In this role, you will:Conduct intake assessments including recommendations for treatmentProvide individual, group and family therapies to people with mental health and substance abuse issues.Maintain active caseload including engaging individuals in ongoing treatment.Maintain tracking system for treatment plans, and other required documents to meet program funder guidelines and program goals.Participate in clinical group meetings regarding ongoing treatment goals, progress and discharge as needed.Enter documentation into electronic medical records in accordance with agency guidelines.Provide supervision to non-licensed therapists, counselors and other staff as needed to support state requirements for licensing.All other duties as directed.Who We're Looking ForYou may be a great fit if you are:CompassionateDependablePatientTeam-OrientedService-FocusedProfessionalPositiveCommitted to Helping OthersQualificationsRequired:Master's degree from an accredited college or university in a human service field AND/OR State license is required (LPC, LCSW, LISW, LSW) as specified in the addendum based on program licensing/funder requirements.Familiar with standard business computer software programs and electronic Health Care Database programs.ACT 33/34 clearances if required by programFBI clearance, as neededAll trainings required by licensureApply TodaySome jobs pay the bills.Some jobs build careers.This job changes lives.If you're looking for meaningful work where your compassion, dedication, and hard work make a real difference every day, we encourage you to apply today.Join our team and become the reason someone has a better day.
