Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the APTA
• Active State License is Required to Start the Assignment
• BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
• Minimum 4 years experience in Pelvic Health required
• Pelvic Health Certification Required
• Current CPR Certification
• Outpatient experience required

• Monday - Friday
• 40 hours per week
