Job Title: Outbound Telesales Representative 3
Location: Phoenix , AZ
Salary Range: $18/hr to $20/hr on W2 Introduction
The main function of a sales representative is to sell goods for wholesalers or manufacturers to businesses or groups of individuals. A typical sales representative is responsible for making buyers and purchasing agents interested in their merchandise, demonstrating their products, and explaining how those products could benefit the customer by reducing costs and/or increasing sales.
Required Skills & Qualifications- 5-7 years of experience in case management in a CRM/ticketing system
- Operational reporting and data analysis in Excel
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Warranty/device support process knowledge
- Verbal and written communication skills, negotiation skills, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage one’s time
- Prior work experience at the client or in the client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.
Preferred Skills & Qualifications- Strong case management and customer service skills
- Proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot, CRM/case-management tools, and collaboration platforms
- Experience with commercial devices, warranty processes, SMB customers, or channel sales
- Recommend products to customers, based on customers’ needs and interests
- Contact regular and prospective customers to demonstrate products, explain product features, and solicit orders
- Estimate or quote prices, credit or contract terms, warranties, and delivery dates
- Consult with clients after sales or contract signings to resolve problems and to provide ongoing support
- Identify prospective customers by using business directories, following leads from existing clients, and attending trade shows and conferences
- Client Surface brand exposure without the quota pressure
- Visible, high-touch ownership and a seat at the senior table
- Autonomy to redesign the work with modern tooling, including Copilot
