What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality labor and delivery nursing care for mothers and newborns.
• Monitor fetal and maternal vital signs throughout labor and delivery.
• Assist with procedures such as IV starts and epidurals.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Educate patients and families about labor, delivery, and postpartum care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in Epic EMR system.
• Support perinatal safety protocols and emergency procedures.

What You Need
Required:

• Valid Ohio RN license
• 2+ years of Labor and Delivery nursing experience
• BLS, ACLS, NRP certifications
• Strong IV placement skills and Epic experience

Preferred:

• Previous travel experience in labor and delivery units
