Home Health Registered Nurse RN FullTime Retention Bonus

Quick Facts Pay: $81,500-$85,500 per year Retention Bonus: $4,000 **** paid in 4 installments over 18 months Location: Taveres/Eustis (Lake Co.) Schedule: Full-time, 30-32 units per week Employment type: W-2 Mileage: Currently $0.60/mile Reports to: Branch Director What You’ll Do Assess each new patient's condition, history, and home care needs Build the care plan with the patient and family Update the care plan as the patient's status changes Administer medications and treatments as prescribed Teach patients and families how to manage care at home Coordinate with physicians and send updates at least every 60 days Coordinate with community health partners involved in the patient’s care Plan and carry out discharge when the patient is ready Arrange any equipment or services the patient needs Check in on home health aide care every two weeks Qualifications Graduate of an accredited school of nursing. One (1) to two (2) years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. Current licensure in state and CPR certification. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree, with one (1) year of home health care experience. Excellent observation, verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, basic math skills; nursing skills per competency checklist. Must be a licensed driver with an automobile that is insured in accordance with state/or organization requirements and is in good working order.
