Conduct assessments to evaluate patients from various age groups, utilizing standardized methodologies and observational techniques.

Design individualized treatment plans addressing both immediate and long-term communication, cognitive, or swallowing goals.

Deliver tailored speech therapy sessions focused on enhancing communication, speech fluency, voice, and swallowing skills.

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team including physical and occupational therapists, nurses, physicians, and families to develop comprehensive care plans.

Educate patients and their families on strategies to support therapeutic progress beyond the clinical visits.

Participate in occasional inpatient therapy evaluations, ensuring a seamless continuum of care throughout the recovery process.

Maintain accurate documentation compliant with all relevant laws and organizational standards.

Engage in ongoing professional development through continued education and collaboration with peers.

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if you are not ASHA-certified yet.

Current state licensure as a Speech Language Therapist.

ASHA's Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification must be obtained within 30 days of hire.

Strong grasp of evidence-based techniques suited for all ages, with a deep understanding of both developmental and acquired communication disorders.

Exceptional interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with patients, families, and a collaborative care team.

Able to adjust therapeutic strategies to address diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.

Demonstrated clinical judgment and strong problem-solving skills.

Comfort navigating electronic medical records and maintaining high documentation standards.
