Product Specialist – Sales

Responsibilities

As a Product Specialist, you will:

• Provide exceptional, personalized service to new and existing customers.
• Listen carefully to customers and recommend products that best fit their needs, preferences, and budget.
• Prepare sales tickets, schedule deliveries, and follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
• Consistently work toward and achieve established sales goals.
• Respond to customer questions, concerns, and complaints professionally and effectively.
• Schedule follow-up appointments to keep customers informed about new products, developments, and promotions.
• Build lasting relationships that encourage customer loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

We’re looking for candidates who have:

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, retail, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus, but not required.
• The ability to quickly build rapport and establish trust with customers.
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
• A goal-oriented, deadline-driven, and detail-oriented approach.
• Flexibility and availability to work retail hours.
• A positive attitude and a genuine desire to learn and succeed.
