Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathology license (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY accepted)
• Experience in pediatric and school-based settings highly valued
• Background working with elementary-aged children preferred
• Strong understanding of mild to moderate disabilities and relevant intervention strategies
• Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
• Commitment to maintaining a positive, inclusive educational environment

Responsibilities:

• Deliver onsite assessments, therapeutic interventions, and progress monitoring for elementary students
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support staff to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Maintain accurate documentation in accordance with state and district requirements
• Support students’ articulation, language, fluency, and communication needs within the classroom environment
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, team consultations, and professional development opportunities
