PED Systems Analyst Support

PED Systems Analyst Support
Location: Seattle, WA (Onsite) Duration: Long Term Contract
Basic Qualifications:
- Helpdesk and account provisioning experience
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and be flexible in both schedule and workflow
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to learn and maintain a positive attitude
- Experience in communication with customers or external parties
- Working knowledge of Service Now, Jira, Meraki, and Splunk
- Remote management skills
- Software distribution experience
- General network troubleshooting skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with financial, payments, or fraud detection systems
- POS support experience, especially with Oracle Simphony
Role and responsibilities:
- Provide support for PED rollout
- Document and share the steps of resolutions
- Ensure operational stability and minimal downtime of core retail payment systems daily
- Show empathy to store partners and always seek ways to serve them better
- Establish cross-functional, collaborative relationships with business, technology, and store partners
- Communicate complex ideas and concepts to non-technical peers and customers
- Effectively manage and partner with technology vendors to deliver against business objectives
- Uphold company policies and legal/regulatory requirements
