What Success Looks Like In this role, you will act as a central point of contact for cross-functional teams. You will translate big-picture goals into actionable tasks, track timelines, and provide clarity when priorities shift. Daily: You will facilitate meetings, update project boards in tools like Asana or Jira, and analyze project data to identify potential bottlenecks. You will communicate status updates clearly to stakeholders to ensure everyone stays aligned. Over Time: You will become an expert in our operational requirements, helping to streamline workflows and improve how we deliver results. You will build strong relationships across departments, earning a reputation as a reliable problem-solver who keeps initiatives moving forward. Requirements Minimum of two years of experience in an administrative or analytical capacity. Demonstrated experience in project management or detailed data analysis. Strong written and oral communication skills, with the ability to explain complex details to various audiences. Proven ability to quickly learn and apply industry-specific requirements. Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Jira, Trello, or Notion). Nice to Have Professional experience within the food and beverage industry. Practical knowledge of agile project management methodologies. A proactive mindset with a focus on identifying and solving problems before they elevate. Experience managing multiple tasks simultaneously in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. Compensation and Benefits Pay: This position offers an hourly wage between $27 and $35, depending on experience.
