• Engage with customers in a retail environment to identify needs and present tailored products or services
• Drive sales performance by meeting and exceeding individual and team targets
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals
• Participate in ongoing paid training programs to develop sales techniques and product knowledge
• Represent client brands with professionalism and enthusiasm during in-store promotions and campaigns
• Track and report daily sales activity and customer interactions to team leadership
• Collaborate with team members to develop and execute effective retail sales strategies

Requirements:

• No prior experience required — entry-level candidates are welcome to apply
