As a Security Officer Patrol Specialist in Lewiston Woodville, NC , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Food/Beverage, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a dynamic food and beverage location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help deter security‑related incidents, and support access activities with professionalism and care. Position Type: Full Time Pay Rate: $15.12 / Hour Job Schedule: Tue 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Wed 11:00 PM – 07:00 AM, Thu 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM, Sun 03:00 PM – 11:00 PM What You’ll Do: Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location. Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or unusual activity in a calm, problem‑solving manner, and document observations and actions according to site protocols. Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, parking areas, shipping and receiving zones, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security‑related concerns. Monitor access points and verify entry and exit activity for visitors, contractors, and/or deliveries while following location procedures for restricted areas. Communicate with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership regarding incidents, maintenance concerns that may affect security‑related operations, and/or changes in site activity. Minimum Requirements: Comfortable using a computer or tablet preferred. X‑Ray screening experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred. Access control and/or badge experience preferred. Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles. Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
