Schedule Shifts vary; flexibility is required. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to provide quality care to patients. The ideal candidate will assist occupational therapists in implementing treatment plans and helping patients improve their everyday functional skills. Responsibilities Assist in the implementation of individual treatment plans. Support patients in engaging with therapeutic activities. Monitor patient progress and provide feedback to occupational therapists. Educate patients and families about therapy goals and exercises. Maintain a clean and safe environment conducive to therapy. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current certification as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA). State licensure as required.
