Juvenile Justice Counselor 1 PositionThis position is open to Alaska Residents only. Please check our residency definition to determine if you qualify. Nome Juvenile Probation is recruiting to fill an On-Call, Non-Permanent Juvenile Justice Counselor 1 position. What You Will Be Doing: This position will work some day, evening, and night shifts as well as on weekends and holidays. Work will be on-call and sporadic. You will ensure the security of youth awaiting transport to the nearest juvenile detention facility while in the Nome Probation Office during assigned shifts. As a Staff member, you will cover shifts at various times of day, with flexibility for extra hours as needed.
