I’ve proudly owned my State Farm agency for nearly five years and lead a close-knit team of four. With my background as a U.S. Army captain and a Michigan State graduate (Go Green!), I bring leadership, dedication, and teamwork into everything we do. Our culture is professional but relaxed—we keep snacks and drinks stocked for the team, enjoy periodic lunches together, and celebrate wins as a group. Outside the office, I’m a husband and dad to two young boys, so I know the importance of balancing work, family, and community. We’re looking for motivated, team-oriented individuals who want to grow their career while making a meaningful difference for our customers. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Jacob Asbury - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career as you better your community. As an attentive, sociable, and sales-minded professional, we are eager to have you on our team.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide information about insurance products and services.
- Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
