Senior Program Coordinator

Collaborating with the program manager, the full-time remote Senior Program Coordinator will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of strategic initiatives and communications for the NEALS program, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and timely delivery of program deliverables. Key responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate NEALS initiatives and working group activities, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities Support communications and marketing efforts, including the development of newsletters, social media strategies, and program materials Manage logistics and communications for the Annual NEALS Meeting, including participant surveys and workshop coordination Required qualifications 3-5 years of relevant professional experience in program management, project management, communications, or nonprofit operations Bachelor's degree in a related field of study required Experience in developing communications and marketing materials Strong understanding of program operations and community outreach Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities effectively
