Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner (Global)

As a Sr. Talent Acquisition Partner at vCluster Labs, you aren't just filling open requisitions, you are the architect of our first hiring presence Internationally. In this role, you will own recruiting across a broad mix of functions, from go to market to technical roles, partnering directly with leaders across the business rather than specializing in a single discipline. You will have the unique opportunity to shape how vCluster Labs hires Internationally. As a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner, your role will include: Full Cycle Generalist Recruiting: Own the end to end hiring process across Engineering, Product, Go to Market, and corporate roles globally. You will guide candidates from the initial talent screen through offer, adapting your approach to the function and level you are hiring for. European Market Leadership: Serve as our first EMEA based recruiter and the local face of vCluster Labs for candidates across Europe. You will build the hiring practices, market knowledge, and candidate networks that support our growth in the region, while staying closely aligned with the US based People Ops team. Strategic Sourcing: Proactively source and engage passive talent across technical communities as well as sales, marketing, and operations networks. You will build high quality pipelines so we are not relying solely on inbound applicants for priority roles. Data Driven Execution: Champion our structured interview process across every function you support. You will ensure scorecards are used consistently to reduce bias and maintain strict data integrity within our ATS, Ashby, to inform hiring decisions. Candidate Experience: Drive an exceptional experience through transparent, timely communication. You will treat every candidate, technical or go to market, with the same customer centric speed, making sure decisions happen in days, not months. Partnership: Collaborate with hiring managers across departments to define role requirements and ideal candidate profiles. You will act as a consultant on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and closing strategy, not just an order taker. This role could be a fit for you if you bring: Experience: You have 5+ years of full cycle recruiting experience within a high growth tech startup, spanning multiple functions rather than a single specialty. Generalist Range: You move comfortably between hiring for technical roles and go to market roles, and you can quickly get conversant in the language and priorities of each. Location and Reach: You are based in Germany and ready to be vCluster Labs' first hire on the ground in Europe, working across European and US time zones as needed. A Builder Mindset: You are comfortable operating in ambiguity and enjoy refining processes to make them more efficient, especially as you stand up new practices for our European hiring. A Data Centric Approach: You value results over tasks. You use data and analytics to track pipeline health across functions and inform decision making. High EQ and Active Listening: You are an effective communicator who genuinely listens to understand the perspectives of candidates and hiring managers alike, across very different types of roles. Bonus points for: HR Generalist Background: Experience beyond recruiting, such as HR operations, employee relations, or onboarding, that gives you a broader view of the employee lifecycle. ATS Proficiency: Experience with Ashby. Domain Expertise: Experience recruiting for open source technology, developer tools, or companies working on Kubernetes tenant isolation. Global Reach: A background hiring for distributed, remote first teams spanning multiple countries.
