With a commitment to innovation and customer satisfaction, we strive to maintain our position as industry leaders in fluid handling technologies.The Parts Associate will be responsible for ordering parts and keeping records of all products shipped and received in the company.Key Duties and Essential Functions:Help identify and order parts for customers and the service departmentSourcing and locating complex parts requests using various systems, catalogs and other resourcesCoordinate the ordering and direct shipment of parts between the manufacturer and the customerManage the shipment and receipt of all products, materials, and suppliesCollaborate and communicate with logistics companies, service providers, customers, and other employeesPromptly unload, sort, and stock deliveriesMaintain accurate inventory recordsMaintain clean, neat, and organized work environment and warehouseAnswer calls and respond to emails in a prompt mannerComplete purchase orders, quotes, sales orders, and shipping documentsPackage and crate shipment to ensure safe deliveryRequired Qualifications:Minimum age requirement 18+High school diploma, GED, or equivalentBasic computer skills in word processing, spreadsheet, and email managementStrong written and verbal communication skillsForklift certified or able to pass and obtain certificationPositive attitude, eager to learn and expand knowledgeAbility to work independently and with a teamStrong sense of time organization and urgencyPhysical Demands and Work Environment:Capable of lifting items up to 75 lbsRegularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach overhead, and move about the warehouseMust be able to pass a drug testWhile performing the duties of Warehouse Assistant, the employee is regularly required to stand for long periods of time; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, talk and hear. The employee is frequently required to walk, sit, climb, and balance. The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
