Registered Nurse (RN) – Med SurgTryfacta is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) – Med Surg for our client in Turbeville, SC. This is a 13 weeks assignment. Duration: 13 weeks Work Schedule: 6:00 PM – 7:00 AM Pay Rate: $49.50/hourJob Summary: Seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide quality nursing care to patients within a correctional healthcare setting. The RN will be responsible for patient assessment, medication administration, treatment, documentation, and coordination of care.Responsibilities:Provide direct nursing care and monitor patients' health conditions.Perform patient assessments and develop appropriate nursing interventions.Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.Monitor vital signs and identify changes in patient condition.Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals.Respond appropriately to medical emergencies and urgent patient needs.Follow facility policies, nursing standards, and infection-control procedures.Maintain patient confidentiality and professional standards.Requirements:Active South Carolina RN License or applicable eligibility.Current BLS certification.Previous clinical nursing experience required.Correctional healthcare experience is preferred.Strong communication, assessment, and clinical skills.Ability to work the assigned 6:00 AM – 7:00 PM shift.Tryfacta is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action Employer.
