What You'll Do

• Provide one-on-one and small-group support to students
• Implement behavior strategies and reinforce positive behaviors
• Support students working toward IEP and 504 plan goals
• Track progress and complete daily documentation
• Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and support teams

What You'll Need

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification
• Current BLS certification
• Experience working with children preferred
• CPI certification preferred
