Apprentice Carpenter
We are seeking a Carpenter Apprentice to support multi-family and multi-unit construction projects across the Denver Metro area. This role is responsible for executing and leading all phases of carpentry workfrom framing through final trimwhile supervising temporary labor and ensuring high-quality results on active job sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform rough and finish carpentry, including framing, millwork, cabinetry, and trim
- Complete backing, blocking, rigging, and safety installations (including handrails)
- Perform punch-list work and ensure quality control (QC) standards are met
- Collaborate with site teams and other trades to ensure project success
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of commercial carpentry experience
- Strong experience in both rough and finish carpentry
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Strong safety awareness and reliability
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on:
- Multi-family or residential housing projects
- Hospitality or senior housing
- K-12 or higher education facilities
- Federal or government construction projects
Work Environment
- Active construction sites located in Denver and Erie, CO
- Current projects are in early phases (rough carpentry), progressing into framing and finish work
- Opportunity to work across a variety of project types including multi-family, education, and government projects
This is a Permanent position based out of Denver, CO.
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $28.00/hr.
