Clinical Specialist, Joint Replacement - Tucson, AZ

Clinical Specialist position supporting orthopedic joint replacement surgeries in a field-based role. Candidate will provide intraoperative assistance with robotic and manual procedures, pre-operative planning, equipment setup, and technical troubleshooting while developing clinical expertise through hands-on training and shadowing.

Responsibilities

• Assist surgeons with pre-operative CT-based planning, implant sizing, and positioning
• Prepare operating room including instrumentation checks, equipment setup, and case readiness
• Troubleshoot technical issues efficiently during surgical procedures
• Gain competency in solo case coverage for both manual and robotic orthopedic procedures
• Provide on-call coverage for evening, weekend, and holiday cases as needed

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, or Associate degree with 4+ years related experience, or high school diploma with 6+ years experience
• Valid driver's license and fluency in written and spoken English
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods
• Capability to manage high-stress operating room situations with professionalism
• Clinical experience preferred (nursing, surgical technology, physical therapy, or similar field)

Compensation: $59,900 - $83,300 USD annual
