Plant Controller

Job Description Experience: Manager Salary: $150,000 - $180,000 per year Responsibilities Oversee all financial operations of the plant, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Analyze financial data and present financial reports accurately and timely. Develop and implement financial policies and procedures to improve efficiency and profitability. Lead the financial planning and analysis function, providing detailed and insightful analysis to support strategic decision making. Collaborate with plant management to develop strategies and plans for improving operational efficiency and profitability. Ensure compliance with all internal and external financial regulations and standards, including conducting financial audits. Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business decisions. Lead and develop a team of finance professionals, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence. Qualifications A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. An MBA or relevant professional certification (such as CPA or CMA) is preferred. Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance leadership role in the manufacturing industry. Proven experience in financial reporting, financial analysis, financial planning, business analysis, process improvement, accounting, leadership, forecasting, strategic planning, financial modeling, corporate finance, internal controls, and financial audits. Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to lead and develop a high‑performing team. Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills, with a strong attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex financial information to non‑financial stakeholders. Proficiency in the use of financial software and systems, including advanced Excel skills.
