Benefits 401(k) Employee discounts Paid time off About the Role Pickleball Kingdom in Lynnwood, WA is looking for an energetic and friendly Front Desk Associate to join our team for closing shifts! Be part of the fastest-growing sport in America and help create an amazing experience for players of all skill levels every time they walk through our doors. Part -Time and/or Full-Time Positions available Responsibilities Greet and check in members and guests at the front desk with a positive, welcoming attitude Manage court reservations, scheduling, and booking systems during closing shifts Handle point-of-sale operations accurately Answer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and assist customers with memberships and facility questions Perform end-of-day closing procedures, including facility cleaning duties, walkthroughs and securing the building Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby area Support members with equipment rentals and retail purchases Requirements Strong customer service and communication skills Availability for evening and closing shift hours, including weekends Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently during closing operations Basic computer skills and comfort with booking or POS software Enthusiastic, team-oriented attitude with a passion for sports or fitness Previous front desk, hospitality, or customer-facing experience preferred About Us Pickleball Kingdom is the nation's premier indoor pickleball facility, dedicated to growing the game and building community one court at a time.
