Overview The Division of Pediatric Hospital Medicine at the University of Utah School of Medicine invites you to join our established and dynamic academic team. The Hospitalist will staff the pediatric clinical inpatient service at both Primary Children’s Hospital sites in Salt Lake City, UT and Lehi, UT. Both sites are free‑standing children’s hospitals with a full spectrum of sub‑specialty support and involvement of residents and medical students. In addition to clinical service and education, academic professional growth is expected and supported. Responsibilities Staff the pediatric clinical inpatient service at both Primary Children’s Hospital sites in Salt Lake City and Lehi. Provide clinical care in accordance with the hospitalist model, collaborating with residents, medical students, and subspecialty teams. Engage in teaching and mentorship of trainees. Participate in quality improvement, research, and advocacy initiatives. Fulfill academic duties, including educational and scholarly activities as required by the faculty appointment. Qualifications Board Eligible or Board Certified in General Pediatrics or Pediatric Hospital Medicine. Faculty appointment will be on the Clinical or Tenure track at the academic level commensurate with experience.
