- Bachelorâ€s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
- 12+ years of experience in retail media, digital marketing, eCommerce, or integrated media roles
- Proven experience developing and executing retail media strategies across major retail media networks (e.g., Amazon Ads, Walmart Connect, Target Roundel)
- Strong ability to translate brand and commercial objectives into effective retail media activation plans that deliver measurable business results
- Solid understanding of omnichannel marketing and the role of retail media within the broader media ecosystem
- Lead the development and execution of integrated retail media strategies across key retail partners to drive traffic, conversion, and revenue growth
- Partner closely with Brand, eCommerce, and Customer Development teams as well as with our agency partner to translate commercial priorities into actionable retail media plans
- Manage retail media investment strategy and budget allocation, optimizing spend across platforms and tactics to maximize ROI and achieve performance targets
- Develop and implement robust performance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting to measure campaign effectiveness
- Leverage first-party, retailer, and third-party data to inform audience strategies, targeting, and personalization efforts across retail media platforms
