Established Bryan law firm is seeking a mature, full-time, long-term receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be proficient in typing, knowledgeable about telephone etiquette, and possess strong people skills. Responsibilities

• Manage incoming telephone calls with professionalism and proper etiquette
• Perform accurate data entry to maintain client and case records
• Utilize Microsoft Outlook for scheduling and communication tasks
• Greet and assist visitors in a courteous and efficient manner
• Handle multitasking responsibilities in a fast-paced office environment

 

Preferred Qualifications

• 1+ years experience in office administration
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Proficient typing skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and customer service skills
• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Effective communication abilities
• Ability to multitask efficiently
