Controls Technician

A well-established building automation and energy integration firm with over 30 years in the industry is seeking a skilled Controls Technician to join its team in Casper, WY. This role supports a wide mix of service, retrofit, and new construction projects across multiple sectors. The ideal candidate will have strong BAS troubleshooting experience, a solid understanding of controls programming, and a desire to work in a collaborative, field-focused environment. Salary: Up to $45/hr Overtime: Available based on workload Vehicle: Company vehicle provided 401(k) with company match Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Paid Holidays Key Responsibilities: Install, commission, and troubleshoot Building Automation Systems (BAS) Work with DDC controllers and HVAC-related field devices Conduct point-to-point testing and complete commissioning protocols Review, modify, and update BAS programs and sequences of operation Assist with equipment startup and system integration activities Communicate professionally with end users, contractors, and internal teams Maintain accurate documentation for installation, programming, and testing Qualifications: Experience as a Controls Technician or similar BAS-focused role Strong BAS troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Solid understanding of HVAC systems and control fundamentals Programming experience preferred (Schneider or Tridium a plus) Strong communication and teamwork abilities Ability to pass background check and drug screening This is an excellent opportunity to support impactful controls projects with a stable company known for strong leadership, long-term customer relationships, and a commitment to technical excellence. #J-18808-Ljbffr
