Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services to patients.
• Develop and manage treatment plans for patients with a variety of health conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
• Participate in continuous professional development and quality improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• 1 year of practicing as a Primary Care Physician (PCP).
• Active New York License.
• Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine.
