Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Full-Time and Part-Time We are hiring Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA) to join our dynamic care team at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center! Up to a $2,000 sign-on bonus available!* Our CNA team provides routine daily nursing care to our residents, and we are seeking dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team. $21 to $28 an hour, including differentials and depending on the shift. Job Summary: As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at Marlborough Hills Rehabilitation & Health Care Center, you will play a vital role in providing top-notch care to our residents. Your primary responsibilities will include providing routine daily nursing care, assisting with resident activities, and documenting resident care. Job Responsibilities: Provide routine daily nursing care to residents, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being Assist with resident activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming Participate in planning and following current resident care plans Document accurately and completely Meet personal grooming needs for each resident Promptly answer call lights and assure that all are placed within reach of the resident Requirements: Must have an active and unencumbered CNA license in Massachusetts, or be in the process of obtaining one New graduates welcome!
