We are looking for a passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our team and help shape the clinical excellence of our practice.Position SummaryThe BCBA will oversee the assessment, development, and implementation of individualized treatment plans for our clients. You will supervise and mentor a team of Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), collaborate with families, and ensure clinical programs meet the highest standards of quality and ethical practice.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct initial assessments, reassessments, and functional behavior assessments (FBAs)Develop individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs)Provide ongoing supervision, training, and performance feedback to RBTsLead parent training sessions and maintain strong family communicationMonitor client progress through data analysis and adjust programming as neededEnsure compliance with BACB ethical guidelines, HIPAA, and insurance documentation requirementsCollaborate with the clinical team to drive continuous quality improvementQualificationsMaster's degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education, or related fieldActive BCBA certification in good standing with the BACBLicensed (or eligible for licensure) as an LBA in the state of TexasMinimum 1 year of clinical experience preferred (new BCBAs welcome to apply)Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skillsExperience with insurance-funded ABA services preferredReliable transportation and ability to pass a background checkWhat We OfferCompetitive salary commensurate with experienceHealth, dental, and vision insurance optionsPaid time off and holidaysCEU stipend and professional development supportManageable caseloads designed to protect clinical qualitySupportive, collaborative culture led by clinicians and operators who careOpportunity for growth as the clinic expandsSchedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday Location: Sugar Land, TX (in-clinic)Join a team where your clinical voice matters and your work directly shapes outcomes for the families we serve.
