This role supports the reliability and airworthiness of Jetvia's fleet while maintaining a safe, clean, and collaborative work environment.What You'll DoEnsure all tasks assigned are completed in accordance with manufacturer's manuals and FAA accepted or approved dataAdhere to all applicable FARs and Company policies and procedures outlined in the General Procedures Manual (GPM) and the Company's, FAA Approved Continuous Airworthiness Maintenance ProgramInterpret aircraft technical manuals, and electrical drawingsResponsible for movement of aircraft in hangar and on ramp, including operation of tow-tractorMaintain work area in a neat, clean and safe condition alwaysPerform only those tasks for which proper training and qualification has been obtainedParticipate, collaborate and facilitate weekly meetings to review maintenance projects progress, resolve issues related to phase inspection, service and repair to report to Director of Maintenance.Perform other duties as assignedQualificationsRequired:High school diploma or GEDValid U.S driver's licenseHold a Mechanic's Certificate with Airframe and Powerplant ratings.Experience with Learjet series Airframe and Pratt Whitney305A Engines (prefer Lear 60)Meet requirements of 14 CFR Part 65.83 with at least 6 years of experience or moreExcellent troubleshooting skillsFamiliar with parameters and standards established specifically in Federal Aviation Regulations, Parts 135 and 145Familiar with basic inventory management functionsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to work harmoniously with othersFamiliar with computer data entry, and Microsoft Windows based programsCapable of lifting 75 lbsAvailability for flexible scheduling and on-call rotationAvailability to work nights, weekends, and holidaysProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointWilling to travel as neededOwn a full tool setPreferred:AOG/Mobile experience2+ years Learjet 60 aircraft maintenance experienceTravel: REQUIREDLocation:Able to reliable commute or relocate to El Paso, TX or Titusville, FL before start date.AS OF OCTOBER 1ST 2026 NEW COMPENSATION & HOME BASING OPTIONS WILL BE AVAILABLE. LOCATION, SCHEDULE & TRAVEL PROGRAMEl Paso or Titusville resident: Choose a Monday-Friday schedule or an approved rotating schedule and receive an additional $5.00 per hour.Home based elsewhere: 8 on/6 off rotating schedule.
