BKC Homes LLC is seeking experienced construction contractors and qualified construction professionals for an upcoming Q2 estate house construction project.
The project will involve residential estate home construction, including site preparation, framing, structural work, exterior and interior construction, finishing, and general project coordination.
We are interested in connecting with reliable contractors and construction companies with experience in high-quality residential or custom home construction.
Qualifications
- Experience with residential or estate home construction
- Knowledge of construction practices and safety requirements
- Ability to work from plans, drawings, and project specifications
- Reliable communication and professional workmanship
- Relevant licenses, insurance, and certifications preferred
Project Information
A detailed project document will be provided to interested companies for review. Please email us with your company information and construction experience, and we will send the project document for you to review before discussing the project further.
Compensation: Competitive, based on experience, qualifications, and project scope.
