Your Role in the 7th Avenue Experience As a Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our showroom—delivering an elevated, consultative experience that helps customers bring their dream homes to life. With a deep understanding of client service, you\'ll guide each customer journey from inspiration to purchase, representing both the brand and the luxury lifestyle it embodies. Job Responsibilities Close the sale by guiding customers from interest to purchase with a warm, consultative, no-pressure approach; deliver a professional, solution-oriented experience before, during, and after the sale. Maximize sales by identifying, nurturing, and converting potential customers; proactively engaging, following up, and closing leads. Leverage warm lead channels provided. Provide excellent customer service to all potential and converted customers, earning trust, referrals, and repeat business before, during, and after the sale. Maximize every opportunity by leveraging warm-lead channels, following up relentlessly, and building lasting client relationships that drive sales even when the showroom is quiet. Work cohesively with the team by staying responsive and communicative across channels and helping foster a collaborative, high-performing showroom culture.
