BC/BE Family Medicine with a focus on pediatric patients.

Outpatient Clinic in Southern WI & Northern IL - Lucrative Sign-on Bonus!

• Currently 1,650 Pediatric panel of patients 
• FTE is flexible 0.8 to 1.0 at the Freeport branch location
• Mon-Fri/8A-5P
• No holidays
• Call: Family Medicine phone call only 2x/month
• Outpatient Clinic: 4-5 day work week working in Monroe, WI, and Freeport, IL.

• Imaging & Lab on-site
• Call 1:6 - minimal day & weekend (less than 50 annually)

• 2-year salary guarantee; RVU model
