Bilingual Clinical Research Assistant

TL;DR Northwest Valley & Phoenix locations Full & part time available About the Role As a Clinical Research Assistant, you excel at organization, administrative tasks, and attention to detail. You are eager to learn, prioritize patient care, and have excellent bedside manner. You are proactive, resourceful, and ready to develop your skills towards becoming a Clinical Research Coordinator. Fluency in English and Spanish is required; a Bachelor's degree is preferred. Responsibilities Patient acquisition: Review patient charts for trial enrollment, create screening sheets, conduct recruitment calls, and support community outreach activities. Patient chart maintenance: Scan, file, and manage tasks within Clinical Trial Management Software (CTMS). Process study information: Relay information from study bulletins and memos using Basecamp. Site organization: Manage study supplies, inventory, and orders. Vitals and laboratory: Collect patient vitals and perform lab assessments. Clinic flow: Manage patient movement through assessments efficiently. Prerequisites Strong patient engagement and customer service skills Basic tech skills and quick adaptability to new platforms Organizational skills, possibly with personal labeling tools Previous medical experience, especially in ophthalmology, is a plus What You Will Learn Foundational skills for a Clinical Research Coordinator role, including compliance with FDA and ICH-GCP guidelines Patient acquisition strategies to meet enrollment goals Building positive relationships with sponsors, CROs, and physicians Team & Benefits This role reports to the Director of Clinical Research.
