Management Analyst

Job DutiesServe as an advisor and principal point of contact on administrative and personnel management matters for the Engineering and Construction Division (160+ employees).Coordinate and monitor civilian personnel actions, recruitments, position management, personnel appraisals, and civilian honorary and performance awards.Monitor, analyze, and manage the day-to-day administration of the organization's overhead and project budgets.Research and compile financial data, track commitments and expenditures, investigate accounting discrepancies, and review and approve funding for travel and training.Provide expertise in correspondence and routing; advise leadership and staff on Army Regulation 25-50 (Preparing and Managing Correspondence).Develop and monitor the organization's procedures for records storage, retention, and disposition in accordance with regulations and the organization's knowledge management vision.Manage the organization's training implementation plan and monitor completion of all mandatory civilian training requirements.Compile and evaluate statistical training program data, course completion metrics, and employee feedback surveys to advise leadership on workforce development needs.
