You'll play an important role in helping individuals stay connected to their communities, appointments, and daily activities. What We're Looking For We're seeking drivers who are: Friendly, dependable, and customer-focused Passionate about serving the community Safety-minded and professional Comfortable assisting passengers of varying mobility levels Qualifications Valid California Commercial Driver's License (CDL) Ability to complete all paid training with full attendance Ability to obtain a VDDP Certificate and Passenger Endorsement within 8 weeks of hire Clean driving record Ability to kneel, bend, secure wheelchairs, and assist passengers as needed One professional reference Must pass a pre-employment physical, drug and alcohol screening, and comply with federally required random testing Benefits & Perks We offer a comprehensive benefits package effective the first of the month following one full month of employment, including: Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Chiropractic Coverage Life Insurance Retirement Planning Benefits Paid Time Off Paid Holidays Employee Support Resources And More Ready to drive with purpose?
