Summary As a Style Advisor you enthusiastically style and educate customers on fit, construction, and personal style while delivering sales results. You build individual relationships through direct, personal communication and contribute to store merchandising and operational standards. Responsibilities Complete a multi-layered training cycle to develop product knowledge and selling skills Present and educate customers on fit, construction, and style of ready-to-wear and custom-made products Practice professional salesmanship to achieve personal and store sales metrics Build client loyalty through personalized interactions and relationship building Maintain merchandise presentation according to visual guidelines Ensure store standards and operations meet company expectations and assist store leadership as needed Requirements Previous experience in sales, hospitality, or customer service Genuine interest in fashion and styling Professional verbal and written communication skills Ability to perform successfully in a team-based culture Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays #J-18808-Ljbffr Brobston Group LLC
