- Oversee inpatient clinical informatics operations, supporting enterprise clinical applications, system stability, and alignment with organizational objectives
- Act as a key connection point between clinical leadership and Information Systems teams to support application strategy, enhancements, and technology initiatives
- Lead implementation, maintenance, and optimization of clinical systems, interfaces, and workflow solutions to improve operational and patient care outcomes
- Manage team leadership responsibilities including staff development, vendor collaboration, budgeting support, and regulatory/compliance oversight
- Promote process improvement, effective customer support, and collaboration across clinical, operational, and technical teams throughout the organization
- Position requires consistent on-site leadership involvement within a dynamic healthcare setting, including operational and after-hours support responsibilities
